It is a cloud-based, medical spa software that offers staff management, client management, calendar management, POS (point-of-sale), and marketing management functionalities within a single software, before I was a user of my aesthetic pro even the design interface is simple it doesn’t much help my industry/organization as per the standards & expectation.
Here are the lacking points which aesthetic pro has where the client faces real issues while using the software.

- Even though it is cloud based software which is exclusively designed for MedSpa, it’s not effective for client management systems, as we cannot find anything like records / notes / forms when we search on the dashboard.
